Asad Qaiser was Born on 15 November 1969 in Swabi District, Pakistan. He got his initial education from the Government higher secondary school in Marghuz. He moved on from the Government Post Graduate College (Swabi) and got a degree of Bachelor of Arts.
After his graduation in 1995, Qaiser started his political career with Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan. he wound up a divisional president of Pasban, a youth wing of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan.
Asad Qaisar is one of the founding and prominent worker of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in KPK. Asad Qaiser joined PTI in 1996 and started his profession in PTI as a worker and rose to the rank of district leader of Swabi. He was at first appointed as the common President of PTI in KPK in 2008. He was likewise the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, until 2013.
In the 2013 general elections, he stood from NA-13 SWABI-II and PK-35 SWABI-V where he was elected as legislator from both but he held on to PK-35 SWABI-V constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly against his candidate from PML-N,
Qaiser is a PTI supporter and was a previous speaker of the KPK Assembly. In March 2013, he won the intraparty election. In the 2013 general election, he stood from NA-13 SWABI-II and PK-35 SWABI-V where he was elected from both but he held on to PK-35 SWABI-V constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly against his competitor from PML-N, and after that got chosen by the common get together, as Speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly and served till 2018.
He was re-chosen to the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as an applicant of PTI from Constituency PK-44 (Swabi-II) in Pakistani general election 2018. He got 31,658 votes and defeated Gul Zamin Shah, a hope of Awami National Party (ANP).
In a similar result, he was won to the National Assembly seat as a competitor of PTI from Constituency NA-18 (Swabi-I). He got 78,970 votes and crushed Maulana Fazal Ali Haqqani. Following his race, he left his provincial seat from PK-44 (Swabi-II) and take National assembly seat NA-18 (Swabi-I).
On 10 August 2018, he was named by PTI for the workplace of the Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan. On 15 August 2018, he was chosen Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan. He got 176 votes against 146 votes of Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah.
