The NAB has presented a report in the alleged irregularities case of 56 companies of Punjab in the , which has said that more than 31 million rupees have been recovered from the salary officers.
The two benchmark bench headed by Chief Justice Pakistan in the Supreme Court Lahore Registry heard the case related to more than 56 employees in 56 companies. The court order, Paid DG-NAB, presented the report.
DG NAB informed the court that there were 43 million rupees for the officers working in the companies, out of which 31 million rupees have been returned and nine officers are responsible for 11 million lives. The court directed the DG NAB to respond to 9 officers.
Chief Justice, Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Naseem, took notice of officers from more than 56 companies in Punjab and had given the NAB that the salary received from the officers should be refunded.
