Supreme Court's Order to suspend tax on mobile cards till further order

The Supreme Court gave a good news to the expensive citizens of the country, giving orders to suspend heavy tax on mobile phones load.

The Supreme Court’s three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice, Mr. Saqib Nisar, heard the tax on mobile phone balance. The court ordered that tax on mobile cards will be suspended second. The Chief Justice has remarked that the Supreme Court did not suspend tax on mobile cards for just 10 days.

In the light of the court orders, the citizens will get 100 rupees balance at the recharge of Rs. 100. Chief Justice Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar took the notice of self-notice of the tax on mobile phone cards and suspended them. The FBR executed the judicial order and terminated all taxes on mobile balance immediately.

Initially, it was said that Taxes have been suspended for 15 days but now the Chief Justice has terminated the taxes till further order.
