Islamabad: Justice Bashir excuses himself from other two references against Nawaz Family

The Accountability court judge, Justice Muhammad Bashir letter is received by the Islamabad High Court. Judge Muhammad Bashir wrote in the letter that he has decided to make a field referendum that he can not hear al-Azizi and flagship references.

Justice Muhammad Bashir has written in the letter to Islamabad High Court that Nawaz Sharif’s lawyer has also objected to them if they want to change him.

The accountability court had convicted Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz ten years seven years, respectively in prison and penalty for AvenField case. While Captain retired Safdar was sentenced to 1 year imprisonment.

Criminals are in prison on allegations of Avenfield reference. While Al-Azizia and flagship references are still pending in accountability court.
